Clean eating 

Starting when? How many people? 

Partner with nutritionist (naturopath?) 

Organic 

Vegan? Elimination- wheat, diary, sugar 

1 Week food delivery (detox) - intermittent fasting, 1 snack per day, 2 main meals ( to be eaten 10:30am and 6:30pm (fasting period) 

Eating within a 8-9hr window, detox shot, snack, nutritional tips 

  • if you do this you get 30% off yoga classes throughout the week. The Yoga Loft Booking in advance is essential. 

 

5 days intermittent 

 

3 meals per day 

1-4 weeks
